Pikel is a collaborative video review and analytics platform designed for community sports teams. The service allows teams to upload, review, and analyze game footage, track performance metrics, and collaborate on team improvement.

We are currently in beta and are continuously improving the platform based on user feedback. Features and functionality may change without notice.

User Responsibilities

When using Pikel, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' privacy
• Respect the privacy and rights of individuals featured in uploaded videos
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Not use the service to spam, harass, or harm others

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to Pikel. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide and improve our services.

Our Content: The Pikel platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Pikel and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikel shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors, bugs, or security breaches
• Content uploaded by users

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
